My turbo build has been an absolute pain in the ass, but is lovely when it is working
First Full blown manifold cracked and flanges were incredibly warped, replaced with a new full blown manifold which ALSO had warped flanges and was not coated as ordered, Full Blown DID not remedy this issue despite numerous attempts to remedy

(anyone reading this, GO JDL)
After sorting out the manifold, and ensuring I have no leaks (checked with shop vac and soapy water) and smoke testing the intake pre and post throttle body I am unable to find any leaks. Despite this I have a persistent p015a and p015b.
Car runs fairly well
Setup:
FBM exhaust manifold and downpipe
Precision wastegate with 5.5lb spring
Boostlab 5757 t3 .48ar
greddy clone FMIC setup
Tial Q 50mm BOV located pre maf
What I've done:
Replace primary o2
Replace maf
Leak tested exhaust with shopvac and soapy water
Smoke tested pre and post throttle body
New injector ECU
ensured ground is tight on injector ecu
tuner has tried playing with tune. Something I did notice was that my long term fuel trims have been persistently negative (15-25%) and the tuner had to adjust VE tables to get the trims to be decent.
Looking through logs trims started to be wildly negative after I swapped direct injectors with refreshed onces from CSG, right before installing turbo setup. Is it possible an injector is leaking fuel? Did I screw up install?
