Thanks for the feedback. Just sent it back today - no more clacking sound and screeching but will leave it for a few days to test. However the window still has that initial side-to-side movement when moving up/down from stationary, captured below:

Passenger side - OK

Will look up later, but why does the side to side movement happen?
