Oh I know... at work we have two UPS US accounts that ship 5 figures weekly and it's still a royal PITA to deal with them when we have issues. Plus the Canadian one that is pretty active as well. UPS are scum
And they still haven't sent me the invoice and tried to deliver it today. Told the driver to take it back to the depot.
