Honestly, I doubt it. Last time around for the first gen, the PP came out first. Given that Toyota just released their PP for the GR86 and Subaru does this instead...not a great sign IMO. Add in the general direction of Subaru: focus on boring vehicles (yes they're profitable), killing off the STI and the constant murmurs of them not longer having any interest in the BRZ....it's not great.
