Glad you solved your issue! Had similar issue while back, but this was due to “ignoring” the battery tie down *cough* negligence *cough* and not keeping up with basic eyeball checks. I tried using a aftermarket tie down made of polyester… then the battery acid started turning it ugly brown and I returned to OEM tie. Going to replace it sometime soon too. Want something to look more interesting.
