surely they would have tracked this car hard during development and should have been monitoring oil pressures and temps during testing as well.
If it's blowing up on right handers, it should have been caught early on japan, just look at tsukuba. Turn 1, the penultimate hairpin and fast sweeping right leading to the start/finish line should be killing FA24s en masse.
