yep, no way to easily use the turn signal stalk fog switch without majorly cutting into difficult-to-source factory wiring.
but the fog lamps are activated by the bcm via a relay under the hood.
if one were to pick up one of the many toyota fog light switches and switch add-on panels available from various sources, it wouldn't be all that hard to connect the two if one were so inclined.
