TRD all the engine mounts and use Mtech or Cusco shifter springs and you are sorted.
Everything will tight without the added NVH. It just feels firm and comfortable for a daily drive.
Add the STI longer steering bolts with the stock bushings and you will love the combo of nicely weighted steering with a firm shifter feel.
