I remember seeing a guide that showed that you can change at what RPM the gears shift from 1 to 2, 2 to 3 etc, in an automatic.
Cannot seem to be able to find it again.

The year determination tables are only for manual gearbox
The tables do not determine shift points they simply calculate the gear from the spped andcrpm to drive the gear display for manual cars
The auto the shift points are determined by the auto transmission control unit not the engine ECU
