Toe would shift when adding camber so that would definitely will need to be addressed. Ask the tech to do a specific setting, not just in the green. Zero front toe and slight rear toe in is the recommended starting point.

All is good. As mentioned, most folks put camber bolts in the bottom and reuse the OEM bottom bolts in the top. This works but is less convenient to adjust and might give less camber. I'm running camber bolts top and bottom and it works very well.
