On the 2020 WRX the equivalent part is called "Spoiler. Air Flap." or "Plate Air Flap" depending on which page you are looking at.
However, Toyota does seem to want to call them mud guards, splash guards or just Plate for other cars, notably the Corolla.
This is what happens when I can't sleep...
