Again why do y'all care about the other thread? I mentioned the fuel gauge because I wanted to see if there have been issues with it. The dealer lied about how much they filled the tank, I almost got stranded on the way home because of that. There have been no issues since, I only wanted to ask to see if it had been possible that they lied. I had no idea that making two threads about something would irk people. As for the TOB, that noise didn't start for a few days after the purchase was made. I was quoted at an $800 for a trans pull, money I do not have at the moment. The gunk was never noticed, but it has been there since the vehicle was purchased upon looking back at older videos. I reposted the video to this thread for further clarification on what that sound was since it was a much better video. It's obvious that I am new, I have most of the tooling required for the job. Your whole thing is basically "I told you so"

I barely even mentioned the TOB in the previous thread, that's why I wanted to ask once again. Especially since I noticed it can be effected by the AC being on or off. The sound still more often than not goes away when the clutch is disengaged. I am inexperienced and that confused me. I felt it would be okay to ask forum members, since forum members are usually passionate and helpful people. Am I wrong for that?
"my post history is the perfect example.." there is barely a post history established. It was a very quick thread in Feb, you gave information and I thanked you for that. I was appreciative. That's all there was.
I was not home when replying, so I couldn't "grab a wrench" again it's stupid to assume someone can work on a fucking vehicle just because they're replying to replies for information. It takes only a few minutes tops to reply. I'm here to learn. That way when I go in knowing more about what I'm looking for and what to check for. I figured that would've been obvious since that's the forum topic. I'm not "writing" about my issues, I'm asking questions. Something I'd assume most people do when looking for something they don't know. I did not "blow off" your recommendation. I thanked you for that and circumstances stopped me from being able to have the free time to do so. I still plan on doing it.

TLDR: Feb thread was about the fuel gauge. Since that dealer nearly left me stranded. I only noticed the rattle a few days after the purchase. The sound only appears when the engine is warm. maybe I didn't notice it and it was there, who knows? I was excited. I planned on working on the TOB ASAP, as I had the time. I no longer have that time due to unexpected circumstances. I don't care any further if you decide they're excuses. I posted once again for clarification and added on with questioning what that gunk is. I am inexperienced, why be so hard because of that? I am taking steps to work on it by learning more in the meantime. I feel that to be responsible. I will have time do work on it here soon or take it into a shop. If I hadn't made a thread in Feb no one would be saying anything.
