Doubt it will work because the 17+ tails are already LED and sealed and you can't just swap bulbs to LEDs, etc like you can with the 13-16 tails.
Why not email illumaesthetic and ask this quesiton?
Edit: Are you asking if you can use the illumaesthetic kit on your 17 tails, or just if you can swap 13-16 tails into your 17?
