My car was whacked a while back in the driver side door. Fortunately, just needed a new door and repaint. The body shop swapped everything over to the new door including the window hardware, seals, and electronics. When they returned the car the driver door window switches blink. (they offered to cover diag at a dealership but it was my only vehicle at the time, plus other things, I just never got it done).
Symptoms:
Both switches blink on driver door
When door closes driver window does not seal completely
Driver door switch does not control passenger window
Driver window will go up on 2nd detent (auto)
Driver window does not move on 1st detent of switch up
Driver window goes down on 1st detent of switch down
Driver window does not auto down with 2nd detent of switch down
Troubleshooting so far:
Left battery disconnected for 30+ minutes (multiple times over last year)
Swapped driver door window switch module (the old one is a nice fidget toy on my desk)
Performed reset test per manual
Any tips would be greatly appreciated guys, it's not a major issue but a bit irritating seeing the driver window down a smidge when I walk away lol

I'd suggest you take them up on their offer -
Bubba suggests that you whack the arm rest that holds the switch two times with the palm of your hand -
