We should meet at a parking lot (like one by annsville circle restaurant named "Table 9"- right by a nice road) take a little drive then go to a park.

I've seen other groups meet at this spot but early in the day before the restaurant gets going

I dont know about FDR park but Bear mtn park gets packed on the weekends.
