I can definitely do a log with actual driving tomorrow instead of just revs, with the FLKC field enabled. Happy to make a video too of it happening to show the noise.
Yeah, I noticed that the adv multiplier was only 0.68, which I thought was somewhat strange. This is the stock tune ZA1JB01C on a 2014. Previously the car was on a OFT OTS 91 tune for a long time before I purchased it.
"also you d need a retune because clearly your car is knocking often" - So better to just flash a OTS 91 tune at this point versus continuing to troubleshoot this on the stock tune? Also, could you kindly let me know what data you're identifying that shows when it's knocking? Is it the "kc learned" numbers that show up right at the start of the rev?
FWIW, here's another log where I throttle stabbed once at the beginning and it made the sound, but then I revved hard and several times at higher rpms and really went for it and no strange noises or knocks whatsoever:
