you d need to log more whiledm driving and also pulling full throttle
Anyway you too have a low advance multiplier of 0.68 so your car is knocking

other than low advance multiplier and negative ltft (not enough to say not good) that log is ok
Which tune do you have? early cars have 700C/A00C that have the transient retard map on the left:



you see no retard over 5200rpm , it s there that the damage to DI oring is done, when shifting aggressively over 5200
Blips from idle in neutral are not hard to the engine even with an early tune
if you don t have one of those early tune or you have an oft tunes since long time, i wouldn t think of DI damages
The bogging sound when flooring the throttle from 800rpm could just be the -10 degrees of timing in that table in the first row, restyling cars have 0 in that row and they bog less in the same situation, but will lag more when flooring from anywhere over 1200rpm, so maybe do a video too

also you d need a retune because clearly your car is knocking often
