Ok so follow up. I got a used cluster, brought it in to my work, (I work at a toyota dealership in MA) Swapped the cluster real quick and had the 2 master techs there today hook up techstream to do the whole handshake nonsense. Didn't work, says it can't find something I forget the actual wording. Sooooo, any helpful thought?
