the bigger and more free the exhaust is, the higher the ignition timings that it will withstand... specially up top it can gain quite a while
Boost wise can be hard to tell, freeing the exhaust can actually even lower a bit the pressure but it actually ingest more air
of course bigger and free-er exhaust is much louder
