It's between Girodisc and Project Mu SCR-Pro for me. It's worth noting that the Project Mu 2pc rotor hat adds 1mm of offset
I've seen on the forums that people have had good success with Girodisc.
Brembo might offer a 2pc option, but it's hard to find info on them. Paragon also has an offering
