I would be concerned about age for any PSS. My understanding is they haven't been made for quite a few years.

I also went PSS for a couple years then moved to PS4S due to discontinuation. Got them mainly for daily use with occasional spirited driving. Both are great tires and can't recommend them enough.
Another set of tires you may want to try, if you want to save a bit, are Dunlop Direzza ZIII. Good bang for your buck. Downsides: they wear down pretty quick, super noisy when low on tread, not the best in rain. If these are something to look out for then it'd be best to go with PSS/PS4S.
