TLDR: Pretty sure it's fine.

It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure you can download it to your PC, change the extension to bin, and open it in romraider provided you have the definitions. Basically saying it's the same thing, just the extension was changed.

I think ORI stands for "original" to distinguish it from stuff that is ok to mess with. Basically it's a binary file that's treated special because you REALLY don't want to erase it.
