OEM Unit did not run AA Auto on it, but on your phone. When you upgraded from S9(running an older version on Andriod) which still allowed stand-alone AA Auto to run on the phone. New phone, google took that ability away. But you should be able to connected via Bluetooth and run Google Maps in Sudo AA Auto Mode.
