I bought an SRT-4 back in July of 2003. The attention the FR-S gets is nothing compared to that. I literally had other drivers around us nearly getting into accidents due to staring...we were at a four way stop once and we (wife and I) both watched a guy cruise right through the intersection just staring away...
I'm pleasantly surprised at the little amount of attention the FR-S is getting...
