I've used the grimmspeed. It is made to adapt from 3" to a 2.5 donut, but I cut it down to work as a 3" flat to 2.5" flat when needed and it worked fine. I have one on my car now to adapt to 3" FP to stock midpipe.

Much as I hate PLM they make a 2.5 to 3 adaptor as well that is budget friendly.
