It sounds like it could be vibration / rattle from some sort of imbalance between the clutch and flywheel. I would be inclined to think it's not the throw out bearing. From my experience that is normally heard when depressing or releasing the clutch. (Unless yours has failed completely) ((but in that case you wouldn't be able to drive the car properly))
What style of dual plate are you using?
Are the plates strapped? Or are they floating?
Are you using a lightweight flywheel? Or stock?
Some dual plates are strapped while others float around stands. The strap versions are generally quiet like a stock clutch, while the floater versions have a tendency to produce a slight rattle more so at idle when clutch is released.
Could be gear rattle, or an issue with how the flywheel is bolted up.
