If you are burning oil it will appear blue through the exhaust. Oil flashing off on a hot part is usually white. You either have an oil leak, or some greasy mechanic didn't do a good job degreasing parts after touching them with his grubby hands. It doesn't appear for 5 minutes because it has to get hot enough.

I would upload a 6 second video I have of the smoke coming from engine bay but says invalid format because it’s a .MOV.
Crossing fingers it’s just left over residue but expecting worse case scenario to not get disappointed .
