ProGodLegend I usually dgaf about wheel rash because I am 99% likely going to do worse to the wheel than that on track or in a rush, but I'd be a little irritated with a tire shop doing that on a simple tire mount/balance. I've mounted/balanced my fair share of tires and there is no reason for that damage to have occurred.
It looks to me like they were trying to mount your tires with prybars. Fine in your backyard with a lawnmower tire or whatever, but unacceptable to a paying customer expecting a professional service.
