as long as the old sliders are well greased yet, and the boots are in great shape with no tears, they're fine to re-use.

but i would make sure to get the right pads. rear brakes don't need to be done as often due to the brake bias, so you'll likely be stuck with something not working correctly later for a very long time otherwise.
