I switched to
this stuff the last time I dropped the trans to fix the creak. It has held up well coming up on three years. The factory stuff and equivalents are junk. They separate and end up as a sticky, hard mess.
I pulled the ball off of my original to take pics but it, and my original fork aren't worn nearly enough to visibly illustrate the wear pattern.
edit: Oops... I should read more carefully before replying. Sorry about that. I have an ancient little tub of NAPA-branded axle grease for the MP stuff.
