The loud click clacking is normal, loud injection pump, loud direct injectors, lots of chains scootin' aboot in that big resonant timing cover, it clatters like an old kubota, an early VW EA888., or maybe even a shitpile of a BMW N20
However, there is an underlying repetitive "tsak tsak tsak tsak" which isn't part of the normal clackity clack clack of the injection system.
Mine is a manual so I can't relate, but the same noise can be heard here
Which apparently was the vacuum pump.
