I used to play CoD Black Ops and BO2 back in the day, Joined a private server, got to know a few players, things were good. I think that is the only way to play these online games nnot with randoms.
We tried Ghosts but that was such a bleh title compared to BO series...put me off the rest of CoD (plus they all play pretty much the same anyway lol)
I'd would play the newer ones, but just if the campaigns are good (their prices never drop though.....)
I cant be bothered with voice chat listening to morons babble on about pointless crap or shouting incessantly for no reason. Voice chat is forever muted for me lol.
Also im not anywhere near good enough nor do i really want to play competitively. Im all casual so I really dont have to care about how good or bad i am.

Yeah, after BO2 I lost interest in any CoD games. Played Battlefield and R6:Siege exclusively after that. The problem with being an adult(in age and responsibility) gamer is in games like Siege, I didn't have time to learn the new maps or map updates, and map knowledge was king in that game.
