The days of being able to push a car to it's design limits and if something breaks just going in and saying "I don't know it just broke" are long gone. As we have seen several times the tech now allows the dealer the know exactly how the car was driven right up to the point of failure.
Something like your baffle and pickup are a great way to mitigate some of the risk of tracking the car. When the big picture comes into play it is likely a better way to go when you know you will be pushing the limits than trying to rely on warranty to cover any failures.
The whole thing is a classic case of you can't have your cake and eat it too!
They also say aggressive driving isnt covered as well (or something along those lines).

While there may well be some relevance to the track driving the would stand up in court (though its debatable even then IMO and worth a challenge), for just driving it hard I do wonder if they have a leg to stand on when they are the ones that set the rev limit and control the load via the ECU. So long as you don't do a money shift (and have OEM spec parts and fluids) I cannot see how driving the car hard every day of the year (and sticking to a increased service schedule as per the manual) would be grounds for dismissing a warranty.
