Not to be a downer, but (regardless of wear) tires are considered good for 6-10 years from date of manufacture and those tires carry a production date of 2012. Technically the rubber is at end-of-life and should be recycled.

Obviously it’s up to someone else whether they wish to buy and run them, but they should be aware of the inherent safety issue of expired tires before doing so.
