I agree about the difference, and THAT is the important thing here - I don't want to stress that enough, the car is far more powerful stock than just 25hp over the last gen. However the flywheel prediction is not worth much. SAE is one thing, but with all the other set-up and configuration on a roller dynos mean that trying to say what the flywheel power should be taken with a large grain of salt.
