I believe they're M6 bolts used with well nuts or backing washers+nuts inside the trunk. And under the base plates is double sided 3M to assist in sealing off the holes. For any holes you do drill, I would strongly advise hitting them with some paint before installing to avoid rust building up.
I believe one of the aftermarket aesthetic focused bolt companies (ti burnt, chasing j's, dress up bolts) sells pre-assembled kits for aftermarket wings.
