I believe you can reprogram the baseline by setting the pressure to whatever you want and then following the "initialize TPMS" procedure described in the owner's manual:
  1. Turn ignition off
  2. Set tire pressure to 35 psi (pump/bleed)
  3. Turn ignition on
  4. Press and hold the TPMS button until the "low tire pressure" light blinks slowly 3 times

After I did this, I only saw low tire pressure warning when my tire pressures go below 28, and they frequently are at 28 at the start of my track day sessions.
