I think 'relatively' speaking supercars are getting easier too purchase. One exception Porsche GT3 etc, the only way of getting one of them is to wipe the arse of your local dealer.. The dealer will then decide if you been nice and gentle and put your name on the list of other hopeful arse wipers..
I enjoy seeing the cars but like I say too many and too often just takes the shine off a candy coloured supercar..

Haven't seen a 918 since I was back home in Saratoga CA.
Last time I was at Canepa they had 3, including the prototype that was sold from the factory to Jerry Seinfeld.
