I should probably update this with what I did. I used the spray, but I haven't been underneath it yet to check how well it worked. I will say that spray acts like super glue. If it gets on you you have about 10 seconds to get it off or you are going to be wearing it for a while. Eye and hand protection is absolutely necessary, and don't wear any fabric sleeves you want to take off afterwards. It will get everywhere.
