If you're willing to make that compromise....well, that's your choice. That's also what I have chosen. But I went into it eyes wide open. And my range goes from a performance street setup to time trials on 200 TW tires. Your range is much bigger, which means more compromise.

I do agree! In my case I don't have any aspirations to be competitive, just wanna have fun without destroying the car on the dirt (hence the lift) so this works out. Should be a lot of fun in the end!
