My other vibration is starting to drive me crazy. It's somewhere near the trunk and is completely random. Sounds like someone is dropping a marble on the rear trunk lid. It's getting worse and super annoying!

Check your trunk emergency release cable and make sure the yellow handle is FIRMLY into it's "seat"... this is usually the issue with a trunk rattle like that.
