My thinking, maybe justification, is that I don't need a next gen card, the current gen will fulfill my wants for some time to come. Certainly it's time for me to say goodbye to my 1080ti.
I'm also up for a new PSU. The 3 least expensive cards I'm looking at have a minimum recommend PSU rating of 800W and 750W.
@ spcmafia What is your PSU rated at?

Honestly a 1080ti still holds a very respectable frame-rate. But getting a good deal on a current gen wouldn't hurt. Specially something like a 3080/68(9)00XT to see a significant difference. Ray tracing is nice to have, just not necessary, DLSS or FSR work pretty well and I would rather have a game that supports the latter.
I currently have a Corsair RMx 1000W PSU Fully modular. I had to switch because of my CPU/GPU/Cooling upgrades, plus better cable management. It was a little overkill, but I like to cover all my bases, plus it was a pretty good deal, $100 or so.
