The only warning I have regarding SS lines is to watch them closely and make sure they don't wear through. Unlike OEM lines, SS lines typically are not fully restrained. They are free to slip through the retaining point. This can cause them to rub through and fail. This is probably why TRD no longer offers stainless steel lines for their brake kits.

100% this. I had a failure (in a parking garage thanfully and not while driving) on my second set of SS lines. I replaced the first set because of cracking/wear.
