So in terms of the actual viscosity rating (GL rating aside) there isn't anything to worry about?

Is not something that will make or break your components, Im sure someone will come and chime in and quote the manual, and others will say how GL-3 is the right one, others how GL-4 is about the same. But if you're really worried about it, you can talk to the technician so he can give you more insight on why they chose that viscosity.



The only thing might be that it will take longer to get up to temp, so if you're in an area that gets really cold, might want to sit on the car a little longer in the mornings before driving.
