I’ve tried installing the same tune I was on and each time I do I get an error code 10010. I can’t even go back to the original file. I’ve been trying for the past 3 hours. And I’m in a parking garage where my car can get towed so I can’t leave my car.

This is the error

An error accused while writing the ECU. Check Cable connections, ignition switch positions, then try again later. OFTCODE: 10010

I’ve tried disconnecting the battery
Installing new tune files
Making sure all windows are up and doors closed
Checked cable connections

DId you ever figure this out? Its kind of frustrating that after all the work Open Flash did on making these tunes + making them flashable by the end user, they went with the cheapest shittiest tablets possible. I'd have gladly paid an extra 100$ to not have to pray to god every time I switch off E85
