GPhilly, so you need a picture of the direct injector or port injector? Port injectors are the ones you use to add more fielding for your setup. DI systems stays stock.

Swolzee nah, you want to put the heater core inline with the other intercooler. If you teed it off, you would be getting hot engine coolant into your supercharger. So, go from the outlet from the supercharger to the heater core, from the heater core to the filling reservoir. The stock lines that went to the heater core originally would just be routed together.
