Supposedly using the billet os gilken alignment tool fixes all issues.

Many would rather solve by buying something other than an act clutch

Simply put, act's seem to have consistent issues on the forums here. Maybe the installers are bigger forum complainers, maybe the installers are horrible monkey wrenches, maybe there's actually an issue with act clutches, or maybe their alignment tool really is that bad.

I don't really think there's enough info in any direction to draw any definitive conclusion.

What I do know is that there's plenty of other clutch brands that don't seem to have the same issues, and I don't like taking my car apart on the garage floor more than is needed.
