Check SRS Airbag System Light After Seat Cleaning

If you're like me, and likes to clean the seats at least once a year, or spill a drink on your passenger seat, and have encountered a "Check SRS Airbag System" light, here's the solution.

Absorb as much liquid as you can with a towel, open windows on a hot sunny day, and recirculate hot air inside the car to further prevent humidity issues.

Let it dry.

Any other humidity issues can be solved by placing a Damprid container inside the car.

Problem should go away. Else, disconnect the negative lead on battery, place foot on brake, re-connect lead, try again.

If you left the windows down during a rainstorm, or drove your car into the river, you'll have worse problems than worrying about your airbag system.
