Maybe you just got lucky.
I suggest you disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, have a half a beer, reconnect the battery terminal and see if it resets itself.
Of course, this method is coming from an old man that, when I first got a computer and it acted up, I would just unplug it, have a class of whisky, take a nap and then plug it back in.
