If you blow or suck it out of the strainer into the pan, there's only a slightly smaller chance that it will get stuck in the pan drain hole.
Design an build a swarm of nano bots to scale the pickup tube (possibly a nano pyramid) and mine the silicon in the screen.
Then belay it back down the tube and out the drain without damaging the supporting structure.
Possibly hydraulic spiders. They've already got those. Simples.
